What we’ve shipped recently — new features, improvements, and fixes.
Open store.zoho.com/html/store/billing-details.html while signed in and Billy reads every active Zoho subscription across the monthly, quarterly, and yearly tabs — Workplace, Mail, Books, CRM, all of it. The toolbar icon also goes green anywhere on zoho.com so you can click from Mail or Books and Billy opens the billing page for you. Half-yearly, 3-year, and pay-till-you-like rows are skipped for now.
Family Managers were limited to editing — they can now cancel or delete subs too, matching the way most households actually share the work. Owners still control invites, removes, and tipping.
New accounts land on a friendly explainer with a one-click "Link subscriptions" button instead of an empty filter chrome. Once you connect a provider, your subs and bills show up here automatically.
Family-aware data scoping needed an additional database read permission on a handful of Lambdas. Adding it restores Subscriptions, Transactions, Budgets, and Export for everyone — solo or family.
Settings → Family lets the owner invite by email, pick Manager (edit) or View only (read), and see one rolled-up bill across the household. Managers can edit and link new providers; viewers are read-only; the owner alone invites, removes, and cancels. Up to five seats per family. Invites expire in seven days; recipients get an email with a one-click accept link.
Sync from ultimaterewardspoints.chase.com without getting redirected anywhere. Each Sapphire row now renders the actual Reserve / Preferred card face on your subscriptions list, and the Chase logo carries through to the welcome email. Heads up: rows show the base annual fee only (Reserve $795, Preferred $95) — the per-authorized-user line item is gone for now. Add it manually if you need it.
Synced Hungryroot rows now render the bundled Hungryroot logo on your subscriptions list — same treatment as Costco, DoorDash, and Claude — instead of the generic provider fallback.
Open hungryroot.com while signed in and Billy detects the tab. One click on the floating widget on /plan/ pulls your weekly grocery total straight into your recurring dashboard, with Hungryroot's logo on the row.
When the extension syncs your Claude membership, Billy now picks up the plan icon Anthropic shows on claude.ai/settings/billing and uses it on your subscriptions list — instead of the generic Claude fallback.
Visit ultimaterewardspoints.chase.com/rewards-activity while signed in and Billy walks Chase's secure dashboard for you — finds your Sapphire Reserve or Preferred, captures the account, then visits the authorized-users list to count seats. Billy joins the published annual fee plus the $195/seat add-on (Reserve only) so the total annual charge lands on your dashboard. Households with both Reserve and Preferred get one row per card.
Track card annual fees, late fees, and other one-off charges separately from spending categories like Dining or Travel. Available now in the budget and transaction forms.
The first time you sync a provider — Amazon, Netflix, Apple, YouTube TV, Costco, DoorDash, or Claude — Billy sends a warm welcome with a quick rundown of what we found: each subscription with its icon, amount, and frequency, plus the rough monthly total. Just once per provider; re-syncs stay quiet.
Visit claude.ai/settings/billing and Billy pulls your plan — Pro, Max 5x, Max 20x, Free, or Team — and renewal date in one click. The billing page never shows the price, so Billy joins the latest rate from claude.com/pricing so your dashboard stays accurate.
Visit doordash.com/manage-subscription and Billy pulls your DashPass plan, status, and renewal date in one click. Free DashPass bundled with credit cards or carriers (Chase Sapphire Reserve, T-Mobile, etc.) shows up too — flagged as included with the partner so you still see the entitlement, not a charge.
Add a passkey for an extra layer of security on sign-in — your face, fingerprint, or device PIN. Works for both email and Google accounts. Manage passkeys in Settings → Security.
A real Billy welcome lands right after sign-up. The verification code email is now Billy-branded instead of Cognito's default. And every tip gets a personal thank-you on top of the Stripe receipt.
Sync your Costco tier (Gold Star, Executive, Business) and renewal date in one click — Billy joins the latest annual fee from a curated table so the price stays accurate.
Pulls every active App Store, Apple Music, iCloud+, TV+, and Arcade subscription with renewal date, plan tier, and price.
Base plan plus every active add-on (4K Plus, NFL RedZone, Sports Plus, etc.) with each next-billing date.
Prime, Audible, Kindle Unlimited, and Prime channels — in addition to Subscribe & Save.
Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and YouTube marks now look consistent across the Subscriptions and Link Subscriptions pages.
Sync providers that aren’t live yet now show a clearer message with an icon instead of a blank screen.
Pick your accent color in Settings and Billy will use it everywhere, including the favicon.
The Billy extension icon turns orange when you’re on a supported provider site but the extension isn’t paired yet.
When a sync fails, the error card now opens the Feedback form pre-filled with the provider, error, browser, and version.
Each row now shows where the subscription came from (Amazon, Apple, manual, etc.) so it’s easy to trace.
Removing a subscription no longer reloads the page — the row disappears immediately.
A single place to connect all 12 supported providers — Amazon, Apple, Netflix, YouTube TV, and more on the way.
Async sections now show a quiet shimmer so you can tell something’s on its way instead of guessing.
Open FAQ entries can now be collapsed in one click for easier scanning.
